Diago Rodrigues, CIWM®, CPWP®

Chief Executive Officer

Diago Rodrigues is a driven and motivated career banker with over 20 years of diverse experience with a consistent record of delivering results and growing a profitable business in Private Wealth Management, Wealth & Succession, Planning, Consumer & Private banking.

His core competencies and strengths include setting-up and running a new business, strong understanding of regulatory landscapes with direct experience in dealing with market regulators, excellent leadership and team building abilities, investment advisory and risk management. Prior to ACL, Diago worked with Top Tier Financial Institutions like Bank Julius Baer, DBS, RBS Coutts, IIFLW, Citigroup and Deutsche Bank.

Diago holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting and Auditing (Special) and a Master’s Degree in Marketing from University of Mumbai. He is professionally qualified as Certified International Wealth Manager CIWM® by AIWM and Certified Private Wealth Professional CPWP®.

Raaj Sidhu

Managing Director – Market Head – Asia

With a career spanning over 30 years in banking and finance, Raaj has built a formidable reputation grounded in deep market insight, cross-border expertise, and long-standing client relationships. His expertise lies in wealth and asset management, investment advisory, and strong relationship management, with a client base comprising UHNW individuals and families across the globe.

Raaj played a critical role in setting up CSOP Asset Management’s WM and EAM business in Singapore, guiding the firm from inception through to the successful acquisition of a Capital Markets Services license. Additionally, Raaj was part of ABN Amro’s Wealth Management division in Dubai, where he worked with prominent regional families and contributed significantly to the bank’s growth strategy in the Middle East. He was also instrumental in setting up Emirates NBD Private Wealth in Singapore, where he led team development and built the client platform from the ground up, reinforcing the bank’s presence in Asia Pacific. Raaj has also held leadership positions at Citibank, Deutsche Bank, SMBC Nikko and UBS.

Fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi, and Punjabi, Raaj has cultivated strong relationships with clients across Singapore, the UK, the UAE, Indonesia, India, and beyond. He has had the privilege of bridging cultures and languages throughout his global career. A strong advocate for people management, Raaj has led diverse teams and forged lasting bonds with both clients and colleagues, with collaboration and teamwork serving as the foundation for long-term success. His professional ethos is rooted in integrity, consistency, and delivering tangible results for clients over the long term.

Tina Dalmia, CFA

Executive Director - CIO Office

Tina Dalmia is a seasoned investment advisor with close to two decades of Investment Advisory and Private Banking experience, guiding individuals and institutions to meet their investment objectives. Known for her client-focused approach, Tina specializes in crafting customized investment strategies that align with long-term financial goals.

With a deep understanding of market trends, cross-asset advisory, and risk management, she has helped clients navigate economic fluctuations and achieve financial success. She is committed to providing sound advice, delivering consistent results, and building trusted, long-term relationships with clients.

Tina has experience working in different financial markets, including the UAE, India, and the United Kingdom. She is a CFA charter holder, CISI Level 3 certified, and has also completed the Investment Management Certificate from UKSIP. She completed her formal education in India, earning an MBA from the Management Development Institute, Gurgaon, and a degree in Economics and Statistics from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata. During her career, Tina has worked at ICICI Bank, ADCB, and Barclays Bank, focusing on client portfolio management and investment advisory.

Willem Cornax

Compliance, AML & Risk Officer

Willem Cornax is an ICA Regulatory Compliance certified Professional with 4 years’ experience in Wholesale Banking and the Trust sector and 5+ years leading operational teams in both the public and private sector.

Most recently employed with Intertrust Group as Business Compliance Manager leading a team of 9 during their remediation project, supporting the professional growth of the team while increasing and maintaining output quality. Specializing in Capital Market & Fund structures, Willem served as Subject Matter Expert for his colleagues, created and provided trainings to new joiners, and served as coordinator on contact with the regulator in appropriate cases, as well as leading project groups on policy or complicated group structures.

Apart from that he served as President of an economic think tank and held lectures on the history of economic thought across Europe. This stems from an interest in Jurisprudence & Philosophy of Law which he studied at both Leiden and Oxford University.

Rahul Modi, CFA

Director, Senior Client Partner

Rahul Modi is a seasoned banker and commenced his career in the financial sector with HSBC- India in 2004 and has subsequently accumulated vast expertise in wealth management & private banking. With over 18 years of experience and having advised clients across asset classes with institutions such as HSBC, RBS and Rak Bank.

Prior to joining ACL, he was Director – Elite World with First Abu Dhabi Bank managing and advising clients across the GCC and MENA region.

Rahul completed his Bachelor’s in Information Science and is a CFA Charter holder.

Manisha Singh

Director - Operations, COO Office

Manisha Singh is seasoned and experienced Investment and Research Analyst with a strong understanding of capital markets, macro-economic trends, financial analytics, and investment products. Manisha’s knowledge and extensive experience in capital markets is further accentuated by her ability to understand client’s personal investment goals and life aspirations.

Manisha joined the ACL team to support and strengthen the Investment Advisory value proposition. Her well -rounded banking and financial services experience proves to be a key factor in leading the firm’s operations, sales quality and audit, operational and internal control functions.

She graduated from Delhi University majored in Financial Accounting and Economics. Manisha is a certified Financial Modelling and Investment Banking Analyst from TWSS.

Salam Salman

Assistant Relationship Manager

Salam Salman is an accomplished Assistant Relationship Manager at Alpha Capital DIFC Limited, with a vast experience in client servicing and support operations across the financial services sector. She plays a key role in ensuring a seamless client experience by managing onboarding processes, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing support to Relationship Managers and clients alike.

Known for her attention to detail, responsiveness, and client-first approach, Salam helps strengthen client relationships while ensuring internal processes run efficiently.

She graduated from Tishreen University, Syria and majored in English Literature. She is fluent in Arabic and English.

Ahmed Samak

Executive Director, Senior Client Partner

Ahmed Samak is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, and investment advisory across the GCC, Egypt, the UK, and global markets. He has held senior leadership positions at prestigious financial institutions, where he was responsible for managing and expanding high-net-worth client portfolios, structuring bespoke investment solutions, and driving strategic business development initiatives.

Throughout his career, Ahmed has specialized in private equity fundraising, real estate investments, and structured financial products, with a proven track record of securing significant capital for global projects. Notably, as the Cluster Head of Private Banking at Ahli United Bank, he led high performing teams, oversaw client relationships and portfolio growth, and delivered tailored financial solutions across investments, structured products, discretionary portfolios, and lending services. His experience also includes a successful tenure at Citi Bank, where he specialized in wealth management, investment consulting, and relationship management.

Ahmed holds a Leadership & Management qualification from the University of York, a Diploma in Financial Services from the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland, and a B.Sc. in Commerce from Ain Shams University Egypt. Additionally, he is a Certified Islamic Banker and a Certified Investment Consultant.

Navin Saldanha

Navin Saldanha has an extensive 28-year career in the financial services industry, especially within Private WealthManagement and Mutual Fund sectors. His expertise in tailoring investment solutions to meet clients' needs and risk profiles are invaluable to his clients and partners, helping them achieve long-term financial goals.

With experience spanning major global financial institutions, including Standard Chartered, ICICI, Citibank, and Nippon India Mutual Fund in India and UAE, Navin has a well-rounded understanding of global capital markets and investment strategies.

His deep knowledge of global market trends and relationship-building focus are key strengths for him in guiding clients to successful financial outcomes.

Eyvone Ong

Eyvone Ong is a seasoned banking professional with over [24] years of experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Head of Credit Solutions, at One Heritage Capital Management Pte Ltd, has an extensive background in wealth management & investments, credit solutions, insurance & trust structures as well as funds structuring. Known for a strong acumen in strategic credit solutions, Eyvone has successful in resolving high transaction structures and solutions for her clientele.

With a keen eye for market trends and regulatory compliance, Eyvone and Raaj had played a pivotal role in establishment and driving growth and ensuring financial stability for CSOP Asset Management Singapore Pte Ltd (China South Oriental Patron), holds a Bachelor of Science from National University of Singapore and has completed Diploma from UBS Business School as well as being an appointed representative of a licensed entity (RNF) with MAS.

Eyvone has dedicated to her wealth management career with Societe Generale Singapore, Credit Suisse, UBS and continued to horn her management and leadership in the Asset Management space with CSOP, Altas Asset Management Pte Ltd and One Heritage Capital Management Pte Ltd.

Nazek Al Halabi

Assistant Relationship Manager

Nazel’s successful and diverse wealth management career has been widely recognized by industry professionals. She has been dedicated to ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations within a DFSA-regulated financial organization.

With a strong focus on efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction, she has played a key role in onboarding new clients and business partners, guiding them through documentation processes, account opening policies, and KYC/AML standards.

Nazek holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking, Corporate Finance and Securities Law from American University of Science and Technology.
