Client has two children – one completed his high school in Dubai and went to study medicine in UK. After completion he started practising in London and made UK his home. The younger son joined the family business which had by now become a large conglomerate and one of the most valuable businesses in UAE. The parents wanted to be fair to the children and did not want the older one to lose out on the family inheritance and wanted a way of equalising the inheritance.
